Parker began skating at a very early age, and played hockey on the outdoor rinks during the winters, but never played organized hockey until the age of 10. Parker played minor hockey as well as high school hockey in his home town of Paris, Ontario, Canada. After minor hockey he played one year of junior hockey for the Jr.C St.George Dukes before attending Liberty. Parker's favorite hockey memory was going to ACHA Division 2 nationals during the 2013-2014 season. After being named the defenseman of the year in 2014-2015 Parker was named an alternate captain for the 2015-2016 season. He is a senior pursuing a degree in sport management and hopes to work for a professional hockey team upon graduation. Parker is engaged and has a German Shephard.
