Coach Morrison, also known as "Mo," hails from Oakville, Ontario. He played for the Men's Division I team from 2007 to 2011 and earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees from Liberty University. Coach Morrison also played professionally in New Zealand after his collegiate career.

Coach Morrison has been with the Women's Division I team as their Defensive Coach since the 2021-22 season, following six years as Assistant Coach to Coach Lowes with the Men's Division II team. In 2022, Coach Morrison traveled to Finland with the team to promote Liberty University's mission alongside the Women's Division I team.

Coach Morrison met his wife, Amy, at Liberty, and they now have two children, Avi and Ryder. He dedicates his time to volunteering and focuses on skill development and defensive zone systems for the defensive core, as well as running the Power Play.
