Sarah was born in Maryland but raised and has lived most her life in Ghana, West Africa. She started Taekwondo about a year before she left for college. She obtained her green belt in Ghana, but when she joined the Liberty team, she was moved back to white belt. Her reasons for joining the Liberty Taekwondo team were for the social aspect and for exercise. Her goal is to be healthy and fit and able to benefit the team.
