Chloe Sterner joined the Shotgun Team coaching staff as an assistant coach in Fall 2025. Originally from Hanover, Pennsylvania, Chloe is a former five-year member of the Shotgun Team (2017–2022) and brings extensive competitive and leadership experience, having served as team co-captain from 2017–2019 and as team chaplain and spiritual leader from 2019–2022. Her collegiate accomplishments include multiple ACUI podium finishes, highlighted by first-place finishes in Women’s Doubles Skeet and Women’s American Trap at the 2021 ACUI Upper East Coast Regional Championship, along with strong national team results.
As a coach, Chloe is passionate about integrating faith into team culture, equipping Disciple Makers to keep Christ central in all aspects of the program. She also contributes to enhancing the team’s social media presence by collaborating with student assistants to authentically showcase team life and support recruitment efforts. Outside of club sports, Chloe serves as a resident director within Liberty University’s Office of Student Life, where she leads residential communities, mentors student leaders, and provides crisis response support.
