Tatiana Payne has been working in the Club Sports Department since it's inception in the Spring of 2008 and has been an employee of Liberty University since the Fall of 2007. Over the years working in Club Sports, she has taken on various roles including serving as the Senior Women's Administrator (2016- 2022), Synchronized Skating Team Head Coach (2008-2020), Figure Skating Team Head Coach (2010-2015), and most recently Figure Skating Team Assistant Coach (2016-2023). Tatiana currently serves as an Associate Athletic Director where she oversees Academic Advancement, Events, Facilities, Marketing & Media, Alumni Engagement, Recruitment, Sports Performance, Scheduling and Academic Integration.
As a graduate of Liberty University, Tatiana is passionate about being able to support Liberty University's mission of "Training Champions for Christ" by providing structure to equip Club Sports students with the resources necessary to be successful in the classroom, in their sport, and in their future career path.
