Shawn Armbrust

Assistant Volunteer Coach

Coach Armbrust is from Pennsylvania, where he was a state place-winner and represented western PA in the prestigious Dapper Dan All-star Classic. Coach Armbrust won nearly 70 matches at Clarion University, competing on a perennial Top 10 team that was ranked as high as #2 in the nation under legendary coach Bob Bubb. After reaching the Top 15 in the individual national rankings, his collegiate career was cut short by injury. Coach Armbrust trained at the renowned Team Foxcatcher Olympic Training Center in Philadelphia after college, and continues to serve as head clinician at the All American Wrestling Club in western PA, leading three camps during the summer.
