In the Holistic Development Department, Reese is responsible for overseeing the discipleship of all the Club Sports athletes. Reese and his staff primarily work with the 70 student leaders from each team and encourage them to share the gospel and disciple their teammates. This is accomplished through team Bible studies, prayer times, community service, and relationship building within the team.
The ultimate goal of the Club Sports Spiritual Leadership Team is accomplishing Liberty’s mission of Training Champions for Christ. Reese’s most prominent responsibilities with Transportation & P-Card focus around team travel and budget planning and management for the 42 Club Sport teams. He is also responsible for managing the Purchasing Cards of all the head coaches and Club Sports staff.
Reese has been involved in Club Sports for several years in many different areas:
- Business Operations Coordinator: 2018-2020
- Athletics Olympic Sports Equipment Manager: 2012-2017
- Graduate Assistant for Finance: 2012
- Operations Student Worker: 2011

Reese was also the Men’s Lacrosse Team Manager from 2011-2013 and currently serves as their Team Chaplain. Reese and his wife, Jodi, have been married since 2013 and they currently reside in Forest, VA with their children, Michael, Sadie, Charlie, Hannah, and Emma.
