Rachel Willis, Southern California native and head coach for Liberty University’s beach volleyball team, played volleyball as an indoor player for the Lady Flames. As the beach volleyball team’s head coach, Willis is IMPACT certified with USA Beach Volleyball to train both men and women’s doubles pairs to compete at beach volleyball tournaments on the East Coast and California. An adjunct instructor for Liberty’s College of General Studies, Willis graduated from LU in 2007 with her Bachelor's in English and in 2009 with her Master's in Education. She has worked as an assistant volleyball coach since 2007 at Randolph College and coached locally at the club level prior to joining Randolph's staff. She is married to Indoor Lady Flames assistant Johnathan Willis, and together they have three children, Aubriana (6), Asher (4), and Ace (10 months).
