Matthew's current role involves running concessions stands at both Club Sports and NCAA Athletics events effectively and efficiently by overseeing staff, handling customer service complaints, and working to increase profits within concessions. Matthew is also responsible for ordering, stocking, and tracking inventory within concessions. Prior to his current role, Matthew was a student worker for concessions from the Fall of 2022 until May of 2024 when he transitioned into his current role as a Graduate Assistant.
