Jared Smith

Head Coach

Originally from Pickering, Ontario, Canada, Jared Smith spent 2007 – 2011 at Liberty University, earning a B.S. in Business Marketing. Most recently, Jared has completed his MBA. During his time at Liberty, Jared was an inaugural member of Liberty’s Men's Division III hockey program. In 2014, Coach Smith became an assistant coach for the Men's DIII hockey team. The team made its first appearance at the national tournament in the 2015-2016 season. Currently, Coach Smith lives in Lynchburg with his wife Kimberly and works for a foundation repair company, designing solutions for residential homes.
