Dr. Chung provides students with academic and career-related experiential learning opportunities. He also builds and maintains relationships with academic departments across Liberty University to create these opportunities. In 2018, Dr. Chung launched the Academic Integration and Research Facet. Each year, the program gains more interest from the student population. The students range in skill level, experience, academic programs of study and classifications and can use these opportunities to learn and grow. His goal is to seek partnerships with each academic department at the University in order to provide various learning opportunities using Club Sports’ teams, facilities and resources.
In addition, Dr. Chung has been the Assistant Coach of Men’s DI ice hockey since 2015 and before that, played for Men’s DI Hockey from 2007-2011.
