Chris supports Club Sports teams and coaches with their game day operations and events’ needs. He is also responsible for overseeing CSER (Christian/Community Service) within Club Sports.

Additionally, Chris coached Men’s DII Hockey from 2008 until 2017 before moving to fill his current position as Head Coach of Women’s DI Hockey. The Flames have had great success under Coach Lowes during his first 3 seasons including back-to-back National Championships in 2018 and 2019. The Flames were on track to defend their title in 2020 as they were ranked #1 throughout the season before COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the National Tournament.
