Brett facilitates the internal and external recruitment process of athletes for all Club Sport teams. Internal recruiting involves the recruitment of current students through events such as CFAW and other large Liberty events. External recruitment calls for private campus tours, aiding in incoming athlete's admissions process, and providing various recruitment materials and resources to Club Sports coaches. Previously, Brett worked as a Graduate Assistant for hockey operations with the Men's D1 hockey team.
