Trevor Melton has lived in Central Virginia for most of his life and graduated with a degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2023. After spending a couple of years at a public accounting firm, he accepted a full-time position in the Accounting department at Liberty University, where he currently works.

Trevor was a member of the Liberty Racquetball team from the fall of 2019 through the spring of 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed learning the sport and competing in tournaments. Since graduating, he has continued to compete at a high level in various racquetball tournaments throughout Virginia. Under the guidance of former Coach Daniel Rodriguez, Trevor earned 7th place in singles and 4th place in doubles at Nationals during his final year on the team. He also won the Virginia State Doubles bracket in Northern Virginia last year.

Now stepping into the role of Head Coach for the Liberty Racquetball team, Trevor is excited to lead the program. His goal is to recruit dedicated players and help them grow in skill, strategy, and confidence on the court. He also aims to support their personal development off the court, as team Spiritual Leaders continue to host weekly Bible studies. Whether new to racquetball or striving to reach a competitive level, all are welcome to join as the team trains to become great racquetball players—and more importantly, Champions for Christ.
