Kyle McQuillan serves as the Head Coach of the Liberty University Men's Lacrosse team after playing three seasons for the Flames from 2003 to 2006. During his playing career, he earned All-Conference honors twice while serving as both Team President and Captain.

Since being named Head Coach in 2011, Coach McQuillan has established Liberty as one of the premier programs in the MCLA. Over 15 seasons, he has led the Flames to four Conference Championships (2013, 2021, 2024, and 2025) and the program's first-ever MCLA Division I National Championship in 2025. He has been named as a Conference Coach of the Year three times and has guided Liberty to multiple appearances at the MCLA National Championships.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, McQuillan serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Club Sports at Liberty University and is a member of the MCLA Executive Committee, where he helps shape the future of collegiate club lacrosse.

Kyle graduated from Liberty University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Finance, and earned his MBA in 2011. He and his wife, Lauren, have three children: Max, Charlotte, and Quinn.
