April Handog, a senior member of Liberty University's tae kwon do team, is the subject of this week's "Keepers of the Flame" segment.

Here, she discusses her favorite verse of Scripture, Isaiah 40:30-31: "Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall. Both those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not grow faint."
